Returns and refunds

We want your Match Day order to arrive ready for kickoff. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hustlelive98@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with any original packaging included.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final sale items, and items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

How to start a return

Email hustlelive98@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
